Customer Service was helpful, patient and kind! Top notch by all front desk staff, as well as both Valet attendants! The room was modern and clean. The only downside was the large windows are quite thin, so you hear the traffic outside and it gets very loud at times; I did find out, once I was checking out, that they do have complementary ear plugs at the front desk, you just have to ask for them.
