The room facilities were good and the bed comfortable, although so high that it's difficult for non-athletic people to get into. The big downside, and why it gets the rating I gave it, is that there is no lift/elevator. The only rooms available when I checked in after a very much delayed flight, were on the 2nd floor, and I struggled to get my suitcase up the stairs. The comment from reception was that I should have checked in earlier. So when travelling with luggage I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you can carry your bags upstairs."
