"Great Location. We had a King suite , lots of room and worth the money. A wealth of restaurants within walking distance . A shout out to the Amsterdam Market across the street. The food to go is excellent, Many mornings grabbed a fresh omelet for $10 and brought it up to the room , The hotel is very clean .
The elevators are very slow as it is an older building but thats a minor detail"

"Location next to Soho, Chinatown and Little Italy was great. Property was extremely clean, front of house staff were polite and professional. Room was large for NYC standards. "Location is great, staff were friendly and breakfast was excellent. We didn’t know you need to inform the front desk if you want the housekeeping for your room. We left a note to tell the housekeeping crews that we only needed fresh towels and no need to clean. When we came back at night the dirty towels were still there. Found out about the policy after checking with the front desk. He was very helpful to ask housekeeping staff to deliver the fresh towels for us and took the dirty ones...
