"Overall our experience here was great. The room was clean and the location was everything! It’s walkable to many main attractions (Rockefeller, st. Patrick Cathedral, fifth eve, Adel’s famous halal food, and Times Square). There is also an F subway that you can take to the E subway which will take you to JFK right down the street. "Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."

"Lovely property in the heart of the financial district with many option to the subway to get you to most areas of manhattan and further afield. Hotel was spotlessly clean and the rooms had everything that you need. The bed was one of the comfiest that we’d slept in. The staff were very helpful and you we were always greeted with a warm welcome when we returned to the hotel.
