"I booked a non-smoking room and when I checked in and walked into my room, it smelled like cigarettes had been lit. No problem. I let the staff at the front know and they were able to give me another room right then and there. Overall, not upset. The staff, no complaints. Very nice to me"

"Heavy smell in the floors corridors, no odor elimination used and applied. In my room i have meet and seen 2 cockroaches. No basic coffee maker provided. The floors are covered in large stone tiles which must be heated up in better scenario. The tiles are much more confinement for many situations: moving furniture, cleaning, no oddir absorbing, etc."

"Updated and very well maintained. The associate Foster was excellent. Took our order, delivered to our table and cleaned up our dishes. Breakfast was outstanding. Looking forward to staying there when we come back."
