"We were told it would be a non-smoking room, and booked our trip. When we got in the room, it reeked of cigarette smoke inside the room, which we thought would dissipate. After three hours, the smell got worse, and there was a heavy smell of marijuana around, probably from someone in another room. Also, there was a lot of pet hair on the bed. My wife was pregnant so she was physically nauseous due to the smells and we had to leave. Management promised us a refund, but later the story changed and...

"Place was cleaned and maintained. Check in was quick and easy. Staff asked what floor we preferred, if there was a certain side of the facility we preferred to stay on. Room was cleaned and comfortable. Lots of options available for breakfast. Overall 👍"

"In general is a good hotel for short stays. Clean room and comfortable but the rooms aren’t sound proof. Next to our room we heard kids playing until late night, so it disturbs our sleep for some hours."
