"check out took a while. they had to send staff to the room to verify things before you are cleared to go. toilet amenities were not replaced daily. overall, not a great experience given the Novotel branding."

"Stayed 11 nights and this was a nice base. I appreciate the washing machine (40 baht per wash) and a separate dryer. Booked the bigger room and can’t fault it other than shower heater doesn’t really give too hot of a water, sink cold water only and internet was painfully slow, some days couldn’t watch anything on tv but for some reason working on my laptop was fine. No connection issues Staff were friendly and loved sharing my over purchase of biscuits and fruits with them. "

I came in late, but they were very accommodating with making sure that I had all the information I needed to check in the room was very nice and clean. They also had me birthday flowers on my bed when I got to my room that was so special and just a great start to my birthday trip the next day they gave me a birthday cake with a birthday drink it was so special staff was so kind. "We had a wonderful stay at Royal Phuket City Hotel. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Our room was spacious, quiet, and cleaned daily. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. We also used the hotel spa during our stay.
