"Definitely a 3 star hotel . The room smelled like mold . Everything was a bit outdated. I arrived at 12am and the guy at the front desk kept asking me for the same things after giving them to him already. He took my passport , gave it back to me then asked for it again.. he did that a few times .. kinda annoying to deal with that late at night . Also I don’t know when’s the last time someone emptied the garbage cans in middle of the hallway but the hallway really stunk bad. Breakfast was meh ....

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, the staff were exceptionally friendly, and my room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. These qualities alone almost make me want to give the hotel a perfect 10. There were, however, a couple of minor disappointments. The gym was quite small and lacked sufficient equipment for a hotel of this caliber. I was able to get my workouts in, but I wish the facility had been larger and better equipped. "What a lovely place to stay. The terrace, overlooking the river, was the perfect place to enjoy a leisurely breakfast. Breakfast itself provided and excellent selection too. The staff were very attentive, helping us get connected to their Internet and quickly replacing a malfunctioning kettle in the room. They were also very efficient when it came to getting a taxi or making reservations at restaurants. We would certainly stay here again if we came back to Porto. MS"
