"The room was great! Clean, lovely! Could have smelt better? A little musky in the room.
The walk way to the room noticeably has poo from what I guess is the possums. I saw them at night. For hygiene wise i'd recommend the hotel to give the walk ways a clean. Pool is amazing. Staff is lovely. Breakfast was good variety, but not entirely value for $39. Car park to the room is abit of a distance, could have use some help but it did not seem to have anyone to help when I checked in. So i did two...

"The room was lovely, beautiful, smells amazing. Easy access to the pool which I loved.
The staff was amazing! Helpful, polite, prompt in resolving things - bedside lamp was not working, came to replace.
You also need to ask the staff how to connect the TV to your hotspot if you want to watch Youtube / netflix. It is not a given even though it is a smart TV. I think these information could be mentioned upfront to guests, and not wait for them to ask. The initiative would be great.

"Clean and typical Rydges room except the bathroom. Old tired and desperate in the need of an update. The shower curtain had no hope of holding the water back from the floor and as such the bathroom flooded from the overflow of the water out of the shower. Staff gave extra floor mats to soak the water up but it shouldn't get to that point in the first place."

"We were there on a busy weekend which may have contributed to the room. We were in a connecting room and could hear the television next door.
