"Situated in the heart of the Karon hilly areas this beautiful hotel offers all the convenience of walking distance to the shops, restaurants and beaches. Tasty breakfast and nicely decorated rooms and 5 smaller swimming pools with bars in them are very inviting and relaxing for everyone seeking comfort and pleasure. Well equipped gym is also a plus. Staff is really pleasant and friendly willing to help at any time. The only thing is you should be prepared to walk tens of steep steps to your room. Better be fit. Loved it here."

"The hotel is beautiful, and has its own private beach. It’s not convenient to walk anywhere except for the few shops on smal road leading into the hotel - but that is because it’s tucked away in a beautiful area. The staff was very professional and very nice. "

"Great view of the bay right when you check in. Staff are very nice and friendly. All speak english. We did have an issue with the AC but we were accommodated extremely nicely and they fixed the issue right away. Great buffet. We are muslim and they had halal options available, labeled as well. They can also shuttle you to popular locationa like Patong. It is far from the airport but time flies as the drive is scenic. We got the 2 bedroom villa. It was perfect and amazing. This is bay far the beat hotel, resort and room/villa I've ever stayed at. Room servicw food was delicious. American cuisine reminds you of home and the Thai food is authentic. "

We stayed in one of the large pool villas, and I can’t recommend it enough — it’s completely worth the upgrade. The views were stunning, the privacy unmatched, and the feeling of being in a luxurious forest sanctuary is unforgettable. Special thanks to Sarinna at check-in, who made our arrival so smooth and welcoming — her warmth set the tone for the entire stay and c,out The staff overall were outstanding, attentive without being intrusive, and genuinely kind. While the food was good, especially the fresh grill menu, it could be elevated a bit more. That said, the setting is so remarkable that food becomes a secondary concern — you’re too busy soaking in the beauty around you. There was one room service staff member who seemed consistently grumpy, but in a way it became a bit of a running joke for us — it added character to the place rather than taking anything away. From start to finish, the experience was flawless, deeply inspiring, and unlike any other. I left with a sense of awe and admiration for the incredible detail and effort put into every inch of the property. "

"Very friendly staff and the most amazing view. I love the location. Not too close to downtown Patong and not too far. The hotel property is beautiful. My room has kept very clean and the balcony view is amazing. The only con is that there is not enough outlets for everything I have to charge."
