"We had a wonderful time staying at the Caruso, A Belmond Hotel in Ravello. We were greeted by friendly and warmhearted staffs. We got free upgrade to a suite with balcony viewing of the sea and surrounded with purple wisterias. The suite was spacious and prepared the welcoming champagne and fresh fruits. The hotel had stunning views every corner and the service was impeccable. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the complementary sunset boating tour due to the weather. "

"The most magical place to stay! The Villa and staff are amazing! The massive grounds/gardens are incredible. You must walk 10-15 minutes from the “meeting spot” in the center of town to get to the property so it’s not recommended for anyone who doesn’t want to walk. However, so worth it! We will be back! Ravello is a gem of a town! Pure magic!"

We used the main Piazza car park nearby initially so the manager himself went with my husband to move it and parked it at the hotel for us. "We took the bus from Amalfi up to Ravello/the last bus stop on the route and it was about a 10-minute (albeit uphill) walk from the bus stop to the hotel. Upon arrival, the man at the front desk was extremely welcoming throughout the entire check-in process. We noticed an ants problem in our original room but immediately got moved to another room once we notified the front desk. Breakfast is plentiful and had lots of options and it's hosted in their restaurant which has a beautiful view from...

"Excellent service and location"

"The staff were friendly, our room was lovely/clean with pretty interior. It was a great location and easy to get around. Located just a min away from Ravello’s villa, cathedral, restaurants, shops, etc. The hotels food was nice but I’d Highly recommend Da Nonno Alfonso! The food was amazing and it’s only an 8 min walk from the hotel. The bus stop is located near the hotel and it’s roughly 30min to the Amalfi coast. However it feels a lot faster due to the wonderful view along the way. Lovely...

"Villa Rosa was nice but the hill to get to the main road is vertical. They have no way to help you get to the top especially when it is time to leave with your luggage. Luciano luckily helped us with some of our luggage, but you would think with a vertical hill they would have something. The small town below doesn’t offer many different options for food, but the views are spectacular. Overall it was fine, but it’s very remote and the location is inconvenient."
