"The staff was excellent especially the young woman who checked me in. She was very helpful. Even though I had to switch my room 3 times (because the furniture was frayed, or the electronics didn't work correctly or the bath tubs were pealing!) Also I found a used fork in the refrigerator in my first room. The light switch had a crack in it (be careful so you aren't charged for it) the toilet had like a stain that was kind of rough and wouldn't come off. The first rooms tub was also stained and...

"The room was visibly dirty. Crumbs on the floor, hand prints on the walls and bathroom doors, soap scum, etc... I had to use an alcohol wipe and sanitize main surfaces because I didn't quite trust it. You get what you pay for?! Otherwise, the room was comfortable, the space layout was nice and the location was great and convenient."

"We liked almost everything about this hotel. We stay there every time we go to AZ. It has everything anyone needs. Location, cleanliness, etc. Rooms are big and very clean. The one and only thing that we didn't like was that you have to pay for parking. That was new and might make me look for another hotel. "Property was nice and well kept. Dog friendly! Dishwasher had dirty dishes. Rusty knives, mopped floors alongside with hair next to the baseboard and doorway entry. Elevators a bit dirty frequently."

"Comfortable, clean and all the basics. Nice staff, and decent breakfast. The whole place is a little bit tired (i.e. aging everything) but functional. Great value, except for the freeway noise. The windows sound like they are open even though they are closed. I had to buy silicone earplugs to get any sleep. If not for the road noise, this would have been a decent place especially for the price. Maybe the other side of the building would be better but I would avoid the freeway side."
