"I heard a few bad reviews so I was a bit apprehensive about booking . The moment I arrived at the reception it did take a few moments for the staff to allocate a room but it wasn’t a long wait I was approached with smiles . The staff are friendly and always helpful . The room was exceptionally clean , equipped with a microwave /fridge freezer and cutlery /mugs /tea and coffee /milk and a kettle . I slept like a baby . "Unfortunately I have experienced this hotel at it's best. The staff were nice and my room was upgraded to a suite which was a lovely touch considering I stayed with my two children. The hotel is tired, there was lightbulbs out in the room, wallpaper peeled and framework missing from the doors. The shower was yellowing and when used sprayed from cracks behind the shower head.
