"A large very busy hotel but extremely efficient methods in breakfast room even at busiest times and most efficient lift system i have ever seen. The sky bar does get very busy though understandably with it's great views from 27th floor. Very friendly and helpful staff too in all departments. Hotel in a good location with good public transport including 001 free bus nearby. Highly recommended."

"Disappointed that the lift didn't stop at floor two on numerous occasions. One lift out of use all week I was there. A customer, who claimed she visits regularly through work, says it is a common issue the hotel haven't sorted."

"Staff was nice, location and neighborhood was decent but that is about all I can mention as good. Room was kind of small, beds were really questionable, no carpet and walls were thin and door sound proofing non existent, so you could hear neighbors when you try to sleep. On our last night a crazy couple came to room next to us and started fighting and shouting for almost two whole hours to the point that I had to call receptionist who pretended not to know english and I doubt he did anything to make the idiots next door calm down."

"The air conditioning didn’t work. I used to stay in this hotel and some parts of the hotel seems to be a little old and not well maintained. Staff is helpful but the level was higher 3 years ago. I would definitely stay again for location and price "

"The area is under SERIOUS construction, making it hard to find hotel and for drivers to even drop us off. I think once finished it will be very nice but for now it made it hard to enjoy. It was a bit of a walk to where we could get a taxi or to where they could drop us off late at night. Also Vending machines are outside of the hotel (in a train station, so no comfortable sending a child to get a water), but hotel staff was incredibly kind and check in was a breeze. They do not have air condition in the hotel rooms at night, and that made it quite stuffy. I did leave window open which helped but also with trains it was loud. Hotel room was large and had all we needed, and staff was very kind. "

"The room was very cool, nice to have a balcony area on a city break! Modern design and the bathroom was really cool. There was a ‘heat lamp’ in the ceiling which gave it spa vibes. Hotel was in a decent location about 10 minute walk to the metro. Wish we were closer to central downtown but that’s personal preference and didn’t affect the trip. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby the hotel so on nights we couldn’t be bothered to get the metro we didn’t feel like we missed out! Breakfast was nice and nice atmosphere. I would have preferred more heated breakfast options on the buffet as we had bacon, eggs three ways, and traditional Spanish dishes. I do like options in the morning but again personal preference. Staff very friendly. Bar at night was a cool vibe with good music and on Friday there was a live DJ. They had a roof terrace which will be amazing vibes in the summer months. I’d definitely go back here but do research on location!!"
