"Great three night stay at The Bayou. Staff were polite and helpful with check in. We stayed in the Deluxe Super King which was modern, spacious and clean. "Lokasi Pantai Cenang yang sangat bagus untuk rekreasi pantai dengan jarak yang dekat dari Airport. Sepanjang pantai Cenang hotel ini merupakan bangunan baru. Mempunyai kolam renang menghadap pantai dengan maintenance yang sangat baik, ada lapangan volley pantai sore bisa bermain dengan staf Hotel. Area dekat dengan banyak Duty Free Shop, fastfood."

"Check in cepat, tapi sampai di kamar mandi tidak ada handuk keset kaki sehingga kalau keluar langsung basah lantai tanpa karpetnya. Telpon tidak hidup sehingga harus turun ke lobby yang cukup jauh dan keset kaki baru datang setelah 3x minta disertai omelan waktu permintaan ke 2x dan perlu waktu sekitar 3 jam prosesnya sehingga handuk mandi yang harus dijadikan keset kaki terlebih dahulu.
