"Brilliant hotel, excellent value and great stay. The rooms are nicely maintained and laid out, the roof top pool is great. Access to a full service gym is a great perk and the breakfast buffet is absolutely elite. Seriously, schedule an hour for breakfast to take advantage. Cannot recommend enough."

"Hotel ini berada di daerah yang lebih sepi dibandingkan dengan pantai Cenang.Tapi, di sekitar hotel banyak restoran dan kafe. Berjalan kaki ke Pantai Tengah hanya 3 menit. Orang ke-3 dalam satu kamar tidak dikenakan biaya tambahan dan hotel sangat baik dengan meminjamkan air-mattress. Dengan adanya sebuah pool table, lobbynya terasa happening dan memberikan aktivitas extra yang tidak terdapat di hotel lain."

"ホテルは清潔で虫もいなかったです。プールの水質も良く、スタッフのホスピタリティもとても好感が持てました。 チェナンビーチに近く木曜日のトモヨン村ナイトマーケットも歩いて行くことができます。ナイトマーケットのそばのスーパーマーケットも安いのでついでに行くとお得です。一番近くの両替店も一番レートが良くすべてにおいて素晴らしかったです。"

"Un taudis ! A fuire ! Une poubelle à ciel ouvert ! La chambre était sale , des toiles d araignées, un lézard , la piscine était degeulasse ! La plage était très sale avec pleins de poubelles, le restaurant en travaux mais propose le petit dej au milieu de la poussière ! Ca ne ressemblait pas du tout au photo ! J ai demandé à être remboursé immédiatement car impossible pour moi de dormir la bas , le directeur a refusé , m à raccroché au nez ! La réception ressemble à une déchèterie une voiture...

"Am Ambong Rainforest Retreat stimmte einfach alles! Unsere Suite am obersten Punkt der Anlage war fantastisch. Alles war sauber, der Ausblick ein Traum und alles was man brauchte war da. Das ganze Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit! Es gab nichts was der freundliche Gästeservice nicht erfüllen konnte. Einen regnerischen Tag nutzten wir für eine 90 Minuten Partner Massage, traumhaft! Auch die Möglichkeit in der benachbarten Ambong Anlage zu frühstücken und Abends zu essen fanden wir...

"200年前の建物を使っているので、床がきしんだり、すき間があってエアコンが効きづらく、部屋はとても暗いです（でも窓を開けると網戸がないので虫がはいってきます）。 でも建物はとても雰囲気が良く、シャワートイレは整っており、虫もそれほど気になりませんでした。 3泊しましたが、朝食は毎日少しずつ違って飽きませんでした。池に浮かんでいるプールは大きくありませんが、すてきな雰囲気です。 フロントのスタッフはとても感じが良かったです。周りには何もなく、近くの畑には牛がいました。のんびりした田園風景を楽しめます。"

"I repeatedly reminded the front desk, both at check-in and at check-out, NOT to use the pre-approved card claim for the deposit. There were no payments to be made against the deposit. Yet the full deposit was charged to my card! And after three days, it was not credited back. A shame, fraud!"

"Really nice rustic accommodation. We really enjoyed the natural elements of the traditional stilted bungalow. We had gekko running around inside, and squirrels, cats, dogs playing outside. The outdoor bathroom is a really nice touch. Staff were super friendly and kind, they would deliver complimentary ice water and fruit when we were swimming in the pool. Housekeeping kept the place tidy, but we didn’t ever meet them. If your after something different from your usual sterile unremarkable hotel...
