"The room, the hotel, and the workers were all wonderful. Overall, it was a very good experience. The only problem we had is nobody answered the phone when I tried to call ahead of time to ask about parking and check in. I tried several times in the days leading up to our stay. "Sehr grosse Zimmer mit alles was man für einen Kurzaufenthalt braucht. Der Self-Check-in funktionierte problemlos und schnell. Obwohl an einer Durchgangsstrasse ist es im Zimmer sehr ruhig. Ideal auch mit ÖV erreichbar, da Tramhaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus (ab Essen Hbf 10 Min Fahrzeit)."

"The person that was on the service line was very helpful. I've when I mistakenly didn't pre-check in. But someone was on site in minutes to help. "

"The dryer machine (Bosch) didn’t work properly, every ca. 10 minutes it starts showing a symbol on the display and after that it stops and reset the program timer and so on. I have Contacted the reception twice never got a feedback until I left. The rest was very good."
