"Staff was great. The towels smelled so weird and I thought it was just my set but I got a new set and it had the same smell. AC took a while to cool the room but it’s an old building. Parking was also 45 for all guest which kinda sucked."

"The Queen Mary is conveniently located to the cruise. You have to be a history buff to truly enjoy the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel offered plenty of options of things to do. We arrived early and they stored our bags until it was time to check in, which they allowed us to check in early. I enjoyed that the Queen Mary has a strict 10:00 pm cutoff policy for noise levels. The only downfall is you can't control the temperature of your room as my room was extremely cold. I ended up getting extra blankets and a comforter which helped tremendously."

"Parking was a nightmare. Got blocked in over three times after only staying two nights. Rooms were disgusting and poorly maintained. Towels were dirty. Windows,mirrors,counters,floors obviously not cleaned for awhile. Overall gross. Kinda separate but was awake till 3 am well somebody was playing with there toddler running up and down the halls. Walls are so thin you can hear just about everything and seems like it’s a constant influx of unfriendly people not even staying at the hotel taking up the parking spaces/ hanging out in the parking lot. Overall if you’re here to get a room to party 100% would get a room here. If you have a family or a girlfriend and saw the cheaper prices like me I would avoid at all costs. Staff was very friendly though!"

"I was highly disappointed with the whole experience. When we showed up the hotel was under construction. Which was not mentioned when we booked the room. The restaurant was under construction (which is why I booked here in the first place.) Yes they had an alternate place to eat but it was not where i was expecting to be. After we checked in we were on the 3rd floor and the elevator was not working. So we took the staris only to get to our room and the door be locked from the inside. So here I go back down the stairs to get to the lobby. Maintenance did go by and open the door after 10 minutes. We had to carry our luggage up 3 flights if stairs. The cleaning personnel was super helpful . The pool was nice and clean plenty of towels and room to sit. I would not book here again. "
