"Food was good. Rooms were very clean.staff was great. The only thing that was not good was the Schuller bus. Having to wait to long for it, and having to pay for transportation to cruise ship. Probably would have stayed somewhere else if I knew I had to pay for that."

"This is in the downtown area of Long Beach. There is plenty of restaurants nearby within walking distance. The rooftop patio is awesome. I spent a lot of time up there in the comfy couches. The pool and hottub looked well maintained. There is free bottles of water and eucalyptus towels outside of the gym. The room had a fridge, safe and shampoo, conditioner & body wash in the shower. "First time in Long Beach I was scared we would be in a sketchy area but it was so nice! Youre in the center of everything. Pretty much walking distance if you cared too. It clean.. other than a few things like seeing hair in the room or the cups in the room with residue in it... parking wasnt bad as what ive been seen in the reviews you get a discount staying at the hotel, give them the parking pass and you can get in and out with the card. More like $25-27."
