"The location was great and beach access was easy, with easy access to chairs and umbrellas right by the water. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious, with a beautiful ocean view. We were a bit disappointed by the state of the indoor locker room in the fitness center, though. When we went to shower in there, we found the toilet and shower stall and the entire floor of the bathroom flooded, and no evidence of any maintenance staff on site to clean it up or even post signs. The main bathroom in the hotel lobby also got dirty by the end of the day and needed servicing. I would expect more from a property that charges such exorbitant rates. Other than that, we were very happy with our room, the pool, and the beach area. We also enjoyed the outdoor seating area by the outdoor bar, with small gas bonfires and inviting seating, facilitating connection between patrons."
