"Pets stay free and there is a nice grassy area to walk your dog next to the property. Terrific diner across the street. The property is extremely well lit at night, so rooms facing the parking lot stay bright. If need total darkness to sleep, will be an issue. Overall, room is modern, recently remodeled, and a great bargain."

"clean room, friendly and accommodating staff, A/C kept room nice and cool, Denny's is right next door, Waffle house, S&S Produce Store (fresh vegetables and fruit), 7/11 among some other shops are within walking distance."

"Air conditioning was noisy and woke me up when it kicked on, but while it was on, it helped drownd out the party next door, the walls must be paper thin i could here the bottles being opened. There was animal hair on the floor throughout. Wouldnt recommend or go back"

When they provide a non-smoking room that is what you get; not a room that has been sprayed to disguise cigarette odors that makes it smell as bad or worse than just cigarettes. I am a former smoker who cannot abide even walking by someone smoking outdoors. I do not rate frequently. These proprietors really make the effort and it shows. They're also very nice people. Anderson is a good layover on a long road trip, and Motel 6 Anderson is within walking distance of...
