"We booked a junior suite. Our suite had an adjoining room. The door between our room and the adjoining room was paper thin. We could hear every word of our neighbors from their bed. Worse, our other neighbor eith no adjoining door, we could hear their morning pee and flush routine. Ugh"

"Die Unterkunft hat sehr viel Charme und liegt ruhig am Bach. Trotzdem wären ein paar Renovierungen schön, um die Zimmer etwas zeitgemäßer zu gestalten. Die Möbel sind alle an den Ecken angeschlagen, der alte Teppichboden wirft Falten und der Balkon war leider gar nicht geputzt als wir kamen (dreckiger Tisch und Spinneweben). Das Frühstück mit Bagels und Muffins war ausreichend aber wir würden nicht nochmal dort übernachten aufgrund der genannten Mängel"

"This is our favorite place to stay when in Sedona. We had our honeymoon here in 2017 and came back for our 9th anniversary this year. "The resort and our room was very clean! The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We would love for there to be a coffee shop at the resort as there is not one within walking distance. Make sure to bring your own coffee/cream to make in your room. The pool by our room was closed for several days for cleaning, which was inconvenient. Other than that, it was great!!"

"This property was a ways outside of Sedona and is about a 20-minute drive back to any shops, entertainment, or food. The property itself was just okay. Nothing special about it and it does seem to be catered to the retirement crowd. If we came to Sedona again, I don’t think we would stay here again. "

"Very good breakfast with friendly and helpful staff both in the lobby and in the breakfast room. Very nice room with great amenities and homey touches- fireplace, aromatherapy, bath salts and very nice shampoos and soaps. David the front desk staff member was so friendly and warm-- really made our stay. The breakfast burritos and the breakfast staff member were both highlights of the trip (coffee in breakfast room could be stronger, but perhaps that's just my preference!)"

I spoke to the Director of guest relations and was informed that my family could use the porta potties since we could not flush our toilets, She was less than professional and all she could say was "I understand" The room was just OK, furniture and restrooms were very dated. construction every day all day...
