"Check in was straight forward with the staff being helpful. Room was large & clean with plenty of storage space. Restaurant was excellent. Breakfast in the morning was great with a lot of choice of different Breakfast foods."

"Perfect location not far from the train station. We used the hotel as a hub for visiting Naples, Pompei and Sorrento. Hotel was excellent, breakfast was great would highly recommend booking this as there was a lot of choice. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. There is an excellent gym that is has a lot of amenities which was also great for us. 10/10"

"We stayed in a King bed with sofa bed room. We had 4 adults sharing. The room was very clean and comfortable. The King bed was comfortable and bed sheets were soft. The sofa bed was also comfortable. The mini bar fridge was a nice addition since it was well stocked with drinks & snacks, 1st round free! Only negative about this room was the open shower. It was awkward figuring out who’s showering without someone peeking in. "

"Tout était très bien. Nous avons vraiment apprécié le personnel. Nous voyageons régulièrement, c'est peut-être un peu en dessous des standings dont nous avons l'habitude mais la gentillesse du personnel est telle que ces imperfections deviennent des détails sans importance. Il ne faut pas oublier que Naples a dans son ensemble des immeubles anciens. L'emplacement était très central pour les différentes visites que nous avions programmé. Le petit déjeuner n'était pas toujours aussi exhaustif...

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. There is a kind of indoor pool or water feature that kept running loudly all night. Even after turning off the main valve, the water continued to flow, making it impossible to sleep. I was traveling with my 10-year-old son, so rest was especially important. I reported the issue to the front desk, but unfortunately they were unable to fix it. Even worse, they showed no initiative to offer a room change or any alternative solution so we could...

"Room was large and nice, needed a little TLC. Area around the hotel isn't great. Americans if you have never traveled to Italy / Europe before: wash cloths are not usually provided ; the have A/C but it does not work great ; the room key card has to be placed in a slot to turn the power on to the room, so when you leave the power goes off."

"Very shabby surroundings. The hotel is in a gated compound with good reason. As soon as you step outside the gate you are in another world of sketchy people and overflowing garbage. Nice hotel - poor location."
