"We communicated with Angela throughout our stay and she was on top of things every step of the way. Our plane was delayed significantly and we arrived late. She let us in late at night. When asked, she provided very clear instructions. The room we stayed was nice with fancy lighting. Though we didn’t use, the kitchen area was nice, too. With multiple private codes to get in, we felt very secure to stay. "

"The room I booked said it had a king and twin bed. When I arrived there was only one bed & it was a queen (and quite hard). I did appreciate that the owner could be easily reached, but when we arrived there wasn't anything he could do to fix the number of beds. It was convenient that it was located near the central station, but one drawback from this was the significant street noise that made it challenging to sleep. "Near Naples train station and airport bus stop. The hotel is hard to find among so many hotels in the area, the owner sends yo a video and instructions in English. it is a 3 minute walk from the train station amnd looks rough outside but the rooms were excellent. "

"Room was large and well maintained - we (2 adults, one 12 year old child) stayed in room 1 (5 nights) and there was plenty of room. Decent breakfast offered in the mornings. Staff was helpful, but important to remember it is more of a b and b than a hotel so staff are not on generally site except in the mornings but are very responsive by WhatsApp. Location is excellent - right at a Metro station (Linea 1) and a short walk to all the popular spots in Centro Storico and the Spanish quarter. ...
