"Arrived 1 hour before check in. Was advised room is not ready due to compliance checks. Was told to leave bags with concierge who are apparently open till 12 midnight. Arrived back at 9pm and waited 30 mins to collect bags. Only 2 members of staff working and serving multiple areas. Room okay but bathroom was appalling. Dirty towel, blocked basin drain, extractor fan not working and toilet took 30 mins to refill. Relayed this to a gentleman on the desk who stated "oh that's unfortunate, next time you come, tell this to the manager and we can see what we do". Funnily or sadly enough the same reception staff were pandering to a lady, offering upgrades and token gifts. When the face fits. I got the impression the chap at the front desk thought I was making it all up. So much for not being able to check in an hour early due to ensuring the room is "ready and checked over". Very Poor service. Wouldn't come back again and would advice others not to come too."
