"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Great location with easy access to nearby attractions and halal restaurants. Highly recommended!"

"Short stay to see the Metallica gigs in nearby Stratford. The stag were nothing but helpful and friendly at all times. Nothing was to much bother especially when we had trouble finding parking when we arrived. As they state, parking is free but limited but they managed to find us a place. They were also helpful with advice and directions too. The rooms are somewhat small and ours didn't have Aircon but it did have a desk fan. The reception and dinning room are Aircon. "I didn’t stay it was stinky and filthy in the room!! I expressed my dissatisfaction with the condition of the room and was told they wouldn’t give the money back even tho we didn’t stay immediately after seeing the terrible condition of the room. The lobby is immaculate but the carpets in the rooms needs to be removed it has trapped the scent giving off a mold like smell."

"The staff were really friendly, but knew that our shower was broken to the degree it was unusable and didn't inform us, nor did they offer an alternative when we brought it up. No AC and the hotel was registering over 30° inside, and we arrived back late at night to find the hotel locked up and nobody answering the buzzer. We had to call the hotel to find someone to let us in. Not well organised, and the curtains in the room had obvious burn marks, and the carpet was coming up against one wall."

"Excellent stop over"

"Cheap useful room, with fridge and microwave. Hob and sink outside (no pots or plates etc, bring your own). Only 1 very thin pillow each, only 1 teaspoon. Plenty of sockets, free parking if you are lucky, but you can park on road until 8.30am. We did this and were able to park onsite at 8. We would go again."

"It is not clear that there are no bathroom in the rooms, we had to go to another hotel, and when we complained, only then we were asked to come back and receive rooms with bathrooms for no extra costs. That was too late."

"Cheap room but conveniently located near Ilford Station. Codes needed for access to main door and hotel room. Rooms look dated and bare basics are there. It's in keeping with price, but if paying over £45-50, find a travelodge."

"Fabulous"

"This place was beautiful! It had A/C so the room was nice and cold despite it being very hot outside. The bathroom was beautiful and clean (the purple lighting was a fun feature) The bed was incredibly comfortable and they even offer early check in (for a small fee) which was great as I did an overnight flight into London. The staff were great and it was in a great location just next to the metro which was about 35-40 minutes from the center of London!"

"They turned off the air conditioner and gave 2 fans. 1 of them didn’t work. Plus I couldn’t open 1 of the windows as it was broken. It was roasting hot over the past couple of days so I needed things work and open. The toilet pan and shower were dirty. I wouldn’t go back."

"The room was not ready even i arrived after the check in time, i waited there for half hour and they didn’t bother to sort out the room, I have to leave my stuff in that messy room so i can leave. When i came back the room was ready but there was no any stuff for shower."
