Very convenient location. Couple minute walk from the tube station, a Tesco next door and a cheap Wetherspoons right close by as well. It’s a decent enough hotel, not anything to write home about but I’d probably stay again just based on the location alone.

Easy to commute. The place was pretty functional. Room could’ve been a tad cleaner. Walls were a bit thin, so the noise from other rooms was a bother sometimes. Overall good.

Excellent location from Ilford station. Staff were friendly & efficient. Clean towels & bedding daily for our 3 night stay. Loved having an air con unit in the room. Toilet seat slightly loose & shower screen didn't close fully due to loose rail but wasn't end of the world & overall would stay again. Ideal for a concert stay over.

Staff were very helpful in checking in and out. Room served the job nicely - although the booking said there were no windows, it was a pleasant surprise to be placed in one which had a window anyway. Air conditioning was much appreciated during the time I stayed. Location is in convenient distance of several shops and public transport options.

La camera non era particolarmente pulita, con macchie visibili in diversi punti (in bagno soprattutto). Inoltre, la doccia era danneggiata e il comodino rotto. Peccato, perché il personale si è dimostrato sempre cordiale e disponibile, e la posizione è davvero comoda grazie alla vicinanza alla linea Elizabeth della metropolitana.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. During our stay, we discovered bed bugs in our room. We immediately informed the front desk and showed them the evidence. Because the hotel did not have another room available, we had no choice but to leave the hotel. The bed bugs also bit my hand, and I took pictures of the bites as well as the bed bugs in the room. The receptionist asked us to email the management office and explain the situation, including the pictures, in order to request a refund. We followed their instructions and sent an email with all the details and photos. However, we have never received a response from management. Finding bed bugs in a hotel room is extremely concerning, and the lack of communication after we reported the problem made the experience even worse. We hope the hotel takes this issue seriously and responds to our refund request.

The pros: location was easy. Check in was easy with no exorbitant deposit. bathroom shower was great. Lovely air conditioning. Cons: housekeeping just brought in towels and empties bins. I was there 2 night, and they did not change the bedding. Bring spoons Plug sockets : absolutely no USB sockets, so unless you have a plug, you are stuck. Bring your own shower gel. The worst? The Hotel is Loud! You have to shut the windows. But guests were banging around at 1 am and the person next to me had tv on loud till then. And thin walls

No staff besides the receptionist and the rooms, terrible. The beds terrible. The room lightings not working fully, bathroom lighting not working fully, mirror light not working at all. The door could not lock till lift a bit door. For the price I paid compared to the service received, did not match at all. Very expensive. Not recommended at all.
