It was difficult to relax knowing there were insects in the room. I reported the issue to the front desk, but I was not satisfied with how it was handled. "At 2 in the morning after PREPAYING FOR two nights and t road trouble they refused to check me in!!!! I’ve never been treated by an extended stay this way. They were going to book me anyway for the late arrival but to refuse me a check-in so late with NOWHERE to go I literally slept in the WAWA gas station parking lot down the road…. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! Literally the worst service on EVER received"

"The property and room were very clean. The room was very spacious. Has a full kitchen where you can cook if you’d like. The room seemed quiet. We didn’t hear neighbors at all throughout the night. Would stay here again!"

"Nice hotel, but they charge extra for everything including parking. The AC heat turns on if you try to get room temperature above 72 degrees. They only provide two towels . Beds not made consistent with fitted sheets. Beds could have more padding. Staff is nice."
