"Lovely little guest house with the restaurant below it. The person at the checkout was welcoming and friendly, he brought my luggage up for me to my room which is really helpful because there's no lift, only stairs. Food was delicious (Asian-approved spiciness) and staff was nice. On the Sat evening when I was there , there had been a live band playing outside the restaurant area, they had a stage for live performances. Lovely atmosphere with good food and music. "We had a great stay at the Lansdowne Hotel. It was clean and the breakfast was more than adequate. Leamington Spa is a nice little city, the location was great for walking to restaurants and shopping. "
