"Perfect"

"The building is old, falling apart, and needs to be taken down and rebuilt. We had to wait 1 hour for our room to be cleaned when we arrived at 3:30pm. Despite the wait, the room was not well cleaned, we were not left enough both towels, and the a/c was very loud even when turned off! The positives: The front-desk staff are lovely, empathetic and very apologetic even tho they have to deal with many guests complaining and walking out upon seeing the conditions of the rooms. "Our original room had not been finished cleaned when we arrived. They moved us to a different room that was ready. There were dirt particles on the floor and the bottom of toilet was dirty. Built up dirt and urine splatter had not been cleaned up. Tub area had hard water stains as well. When walking through the hallways you could also see dirt buildup along the edges by doors etc. I would not stay at this property again. Your housekeeping staff needs to be educated on properly cleaning...

L'espace piscine n'est pas adaptée pour les adultes, mais agréable pour les enfants avec les jeux d'eau et glissades. Pas de spa chaud et le sauna est dans le gym. L'espace arcade était un point positif. Le déjeuner était bon avec des oeufs, bacon et gaufres. Le personnel était sympathique. Séjour agréable dans l'ensemble"

"Everything was perfect"

"The Inn has a beautiful setting, situated right on the lake. Our room had everything you needed for the stay. The small kitchen area had a fridge, microwave and some snacks and drinks. The setting is idyllic. The room was spacious and clean. There was a coffee spill on the wall next to the bed that was there, but other than that it was lovely. Staff is not present at the facility. I did try to call because I had an issue getting in with the code( I booked with Expedia), and I did not get a...

"This is a very sweet lodge with wonderful owners - Shelly and her husband - and a delicious restaurant. You can bring food to grill yourself or eat at the restaurant on their lovely patio - we did both. The complementary breakfast on Saturday and Sundays is lovely as well. The lodge was originally built in the 60s and the rooms are a bit tight but they work!"

"We loved our stay, all went pretty much smooth except for little miscommunication during the check-in; the towels were soft and fresh, room smelled nicely and property well maintained. The owners were very responsive, just make sure you connect to their wifi, since our phone service was off. Highly recommend if you are bringing a dog with you!"
