"I booked this room for relatives that were coming into town. Two things they did not like were the bathroom faucet and they said to regulate water temperature in shower was very difficult. It was either too cold or too hot."

"No one knew how to connect me to internet. I asked for bedding for the sofa bed. I received one sheet and a blanket and pillow. Had to ask for an additional sheet incorrect charges on my bill that the desk corrected. It is nothing like the Westin in Nashville, Tennessee. It was so disappointing."

After I seen the room i went to the front desk in attempts to get a more comfortable room however the workers would avoid me so I was unable to ask for it to be switched so I left. I was given room 125 where there was a window with a garbage under it."
