"The hotel was really nice and clean. We could not get the heater to work for a while but finally figured it out. The coffee bar was not restocked when we checked in and there were no cups in the lobby. When we woke up in the morning it was finally restocked. At 10am the kitchen lady started closing the doors on everyone which felt a little uncomfortable and not welcoming. The pool was pretty small but it is a small hotel. "The property and our room's view of the golf course was lovely. The room itself is very dated. Although clean, it everything is very worn. It's fine for a night or two but I probably would not stay longer than that."

"For all the bad reviews that this hotel was getting was because of the old owners! I booked this hotel back in October about for two days for a Bailey Zimmerman! Upon my stay in Bend with my best friend we enjoyed the beautiful decorative room and the staff where so very nice! It was very cleaning when entering check in and it was really cool that they had phablets of local activities you could do in Bend! Thank you for a wonderful time!"

Best if you bring your own food as there are no good dining choices close by. Recommend having an indoor entrance mat( we arrived in the rain and no where to wipe our feet and then remove shoes.) Recommend having a shower mat- for outside shower. Easy check in."
