"Such a wonderful property, and the rooms are so very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, and were treated quite nicely. Kate is such a lovely host, and her brekkie is top-notch. We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall. Thank you much for such a great stay!"

"The staff are lovely and the room was cleaned daily, which was appreciated. However, the room itself is very dated. The same applies to the bathroom, it appeared clean, but is clearly in need of refurbishment. There was visible mould on the ceiling and around the tiles, which felt more like a maintenance issue than something related to recent storm damage. "This hotel is in a great position overlooking st Michael’s mount. The beautiful long beach is right on your doorstep. Staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, tidy and very comfortable. Food at the hotel is of excellent quality with plenty of choice."

"The room was spotless. The owners/staff were friendly and helpful. I got upgraded to a sea view room and it was absolutely delightful! Beautiful bay windows with the view of the calming sea. The shower is amazing!! The water pressure was absolutely perfect and the way I like it. I had a lovely veggies breakfast in the morning. I would absolutely recommend this guesthouse. It’s so close to everything but offers such warmth and home vibes, I will definitely be booking again!"
