I would recommend staying at this location not only for the above mentioned but for ADA accommodations and the location across the street from Newport Bay!"

"Steps away from the pier, beach and shopping. The room was super cute, spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was very simple and that was my biggest worry booking a hotel by the beach. We parked in the meter parking at the beach to spend the day at the beach then checked in and quickly and easily moved the car to the hotel parking right after check in, which had valet, so easy! We are talking about booking this every summer from now on."

"Shower was nothing more than a trickle. Parking $45 a day, which is a bit steep. Rest of stay was fine."

"The motel is not in the best part of town. The parking lot is old and spaces are small. Staff was okay, the floors felt dirty, we felt a lot of sand walking around the room. We went out to dinner at North Italia which is about 10 mins away, The beds were too soft for my liking, but it was okay for 1 night’s stay. I don’t know if I would go back, probably not. "

"We found the property to be clean, the staff to be efficient. Pricing was excellent. We were disappointed in the restaurant. The food was not very good and it was priced too high. We did not order from the bar."

"Way overrated...location is all it has going for it. Embassy Suites is better for a full service stay. They put us, who booked through Expedia, in a second floor room overlooking the parking lot lol...possibly the worst room they have, when it wasn't even crowded lol. When we went to check out they said the "system is down" and couldn't correctly check us out. A 3 star resort at best. Don't expect a 5 star experience."
