"Breakfast was good. We appreciated a hot meal in the morning. The food at the bar needs to be improved. It was very expensive and the quality was low. Clam chowder was too thick and the cream separated from the soup so we returned it. Waiter was helpful and didn’t charge us for the soup. "

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool and pool area were clean and well maintained. The lobby and room were clean. The room was very comfortable. I especially liked that the A/C was running and the room was nice and vool when I walked in!"

"Nice room. Bed was very comfy. The HVAC was a little, tiny bit noisy. The tv guide an old scroller, which I find pretty annoying. Other than that a very nice holiday inn express. Breakfast was well looked after and food was very fresh and good!"

The room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful and we loved the pool which was clean and nicely heated, also enjoyed the arcade. Plymouth is such a cute area! Our sofa bed was broken so we were upgraded to a bigger room which was nice although it was a hassle to move all of our stuff. "I went there for a weekend getaway with my daughter. It was a memorable experience. The staff were friendly and amazing. The room was clean and gorgeous. We spent two days at the spa and it was incredible. The services were excellent. The staff were phenomenal. And I certainly must say something about the chefs they bent over backwards to make sure my food allergy’s were taken care of. The food was exceptional."

"There was hair on the pillow. There was hair on the towels. There was hair on the bathroom floor. I had the front desk clerk come and change the sheets because there was a stain of dirt on the sheets. When you pulled back the covers. I was exhausted when I arrived and just didn't have the energy to go to a different hotel. The photographs are misleading. Do not stay at this hotel. I paid $300 a night and it was a complete total rip-off. It was worse than motel 6. It should have been $69 a night!"

"This was probably the worst hotel “stay” I have ever experienced. I put stay in quotes because my friend and I couldn’t even make it through night one. We intended to stay two nights, but as soon as we checked in and we got to our room, it smelled terrible. The towels were crunchy, and there were stains all over the sheets and pillows. "This hotel is right on the ocean. So if you want an ocean experience this is for you. It is an old motel, that has refurbished the guest rooms but the motel still has a run down feel to it in the hallways. They do have live entertainment on weekends"
