"The breakfast barely had any food. No fruits(no banana, apples oranges forget the berries) no milk for cereals ,no milk at the coffee station. My first room -the water wasn’t turning on so had to ask for a different room that was located next to the air conditioning unit for the entire hotel. The night felt loud and I couldn’t sleep. Overall not a good stay. "

"The building feels quite outdated-the carpets appear to be from the 1980s and haven't been replaced since. That said, the staff is extremely friendly and truly deserves 5 stars. Unfortunately, the property itself is in need of a major renovation. The hallways have a noticeable moldy smell, which was the most concerning and unpleasant part of my stay."

"Friday night staff was non-existent. One poor woman was left to take care of the entire hotel. Dirty sheets, broken shower head, running toilet, long lines- Horrible experience. The one woman at the desk did the best she could (not her fault), but extremely disappointed for the price and service. Would not return. "

"Veronica was at the front desk when we checked in. She is exactly the type of person you want to greet customers! She was genuine, had a great smile, and was warm and caring. Another employee was Lacy (I think that was her name). She was an older woman who was working the breakfast. She was so helpful, and always smiling. We might not stay at this hotel again since this was off our beaten path, but since we take a lot of road trips and I definitely book according to reviews. Major points for me...
