"Clean, warm and inviting. We just stayed for a night as we were driving through town but this will definitely be a place we stay for future trips. The staff was always friendly and helpful, the property as clean and well taken care of. They had pool floaties and toys for the kids, kids tables to play at, a fire pit in the evening and the restaurant on the property is good too. "

"My husband and I were really happy for our choice. This hotel with direct sand beach access. They provide towels for water activities. The price is very reasonable. The room is clean. The AC a bit noisy though."

"We were a group of 8 with 4 rooms. Rooms were dirty with cobwebs and spiderwebs all along the ceiling and window sill. Some beds comfortable some were not. Location is awesome. Staff were great. Easy check in and check out. "

"Well kept place - Note : can only have one vehicle and if you are a smoker ,you cannot smoke outside your room you have to smoke up front . Would recommend that they have ashtrays if they want people to smoke up front instead of people putting butts in the front bush. "

"First stay at this motel, and won’t be the last. We booked the one bedroom suite and it was spacious for our whole family. Loved not needing room key cards and instead having a code for the door. The kids utilized the pool, and enjoyed all the pool toys and floaties provided by the motel. Wished the hot tub was up and running but it wasn’t. Older motel but well taken care of, and I loved the retro feeling of it. Took 3 minutes to walk to the beach. It’s across the street from Loco Landing...

"Ace is great if you're staying in Princeton. The manager is friendly and check in was quick and easy. The room is nice and there were a few fast food restaurants nearby, and you're a short walk to the grocery store. It's a well maintained motor inn. We'd stay again."
