I never met anyone in person, and I still felt completely taken care of - from the friendly person on the phone, to the online check-in, to daily text messages to ask about my stay, to the goodbye email that offered to send home anything I might have left. The room itself was as economical as the price - small and without much glamour - but it was exactly what was needed. The heating worked without fuss and was silent enough to sleep. The kitchenette was, again, small but completely serviceable for what it needed to be. We'll be staying again next time we're in Penticton."
