"This hotel is not bad for the price. They have spacious rooms, a beautiful balcony and a self serve breakfast with few items to choose from but it’s acceptable for the price you pay for the hotel. One issue I had was that the staff on my check in day didn’t speak English. Luckily, I was with my wife who is Indonesian so that was no problem for me. A major problem for me was at the check in time, the ladies at the reception couldn’t not find my reservation and didn’t even know the website...

"Property and facilities are very dated (decking at swimming pool were uneven and an hazard to kids using the pool) are in dire need of maintenance and repairs. The paid buffet breakfast quality and taste were generally not up to standards expected of a Novotel hotel branding. Staff were generally friendly but in need training for better customer service experience. Lastly, the towels provided in the rooms smells awful. Much improvement needed. "
