"Check in was a bit confusing as the girl answered the door didn’t seem to be expecting us, she later explained there was some mixed up. The situation quickly improved once we met the owner Milagros, she’s attentive and communicated well with us in English. Breakfast was delivered to our room, and she got the lock problem resolved quickly. She even got up at 5:30am on our departure day to help with our luggages. "Delicious breakfast, very nice staff and always helpful and open for questions, in proximity to little but very delicious restaurants, laundry option available, electrical radiator option for nights when it gets cold, not too touristic in this area but in walking distance to the main plaza, very good price-benefit ratio Sometimes a bit loud when people walk over the stairs when leaving to early tours "

"We found the Cavana hotel to be very nice. The staff were excellent - so friendly and helpful. We had 2 double beds, very comfortable room, decent space, clean bathroom, good water pressure, etc. The hotel was easily walkable to the San Blas area (10 min) for dinner and the historic district for the day (20+ min). The room was a little cool, but they provided a space heater which made things comfortable. "
