"Everything is excellent . Nothing to complain. Room is big and clean. Quiet place and only walking distance to the mall, restaurant and other sight seeing. The owner of the place Guillermo/William is very accommodating from the start of booking for any questions you have or concerns he will walk you thru it. "The room was very clean, staff was responsive. They communicated check in instructions clearly, but not until the day of the reservation. I do wish there was more communication before the reservation to indicate how check in would work. It was a great location though, and for the price we got more than we expected. "If you’re planning to stay in Rome, I highly recommend this hotel! It’s conveniently located near the Spanish Steps, and the staff are all kind and courteous. The breakfast they serve is also very delicious. We stayed at two other hotels during our trip, but my children said every day that they wanted to return to this one.
