"Great size room and location in Valle, but it did fall short of expectations. The room smelled so strongly of cleaner that we had to air it out for hours. It smelled clean, but the counters were still dirty and the side tables were dirty as well. Upon check in, at check in time, there was nobody at the desk for over half an hour. This was fine as it turned out the front desk also does the cleaning, so she was busy. The room was massive which was great, but the sliding door was literally broken...

"Very tranquil and beautiful hotel. The rooms are separated from the restaurant, bar, and cafe through a locking gate and all surround the lovely pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything is beautifully maintained. Great cafe too. The rooms were clean, bed very comfortable, and the AC worked very well. Would definitely recommend!"

"I’ve stayed in a lot of places in this area and this place has been my favorite by far. The staff were the loveliest & the stay was overall perfect. The homes are surrounded by nature & furry friends. You can bbq, take a walk, or just hang out in the lounging areas. I am looking forward to staying again! Heads up!
