"I will never choose this property again. They are understaffed and can't even answer the phones. If you need anything basic, you will have to go down and stand on line. The employees totally agree with my disappointment and suggested to write it up. If you need to leave your car for a couple of days, all what they told me is " you have to look elsewhere. We can't accept parking beyond your stay. Not even a suggestion."

"Whenever we travel through Porto and need a rest before traveling on, we stay here. Everything about this hotel is perfect for a layover stay. First, the airport shuttle is convenient, free, and quick. It also gives you an opportunity to get to know at least one staff member, as you will undoubtedly see him/her working elsewhere in the hotel later in your stay. The close proximity to the airport is really a nice feature after or before an international flight. The rooms, common areas, and grounds are always spotless. Even the scent when you walk in the lobby is delightful. Maid service is quick and thorough. The staff have always been great, friendly, and bi-lingual, which really makes the stay. They even remember us between long absences. The free breakfast offers considerable variety and an awesome coffee machine that custom grinds beans to your liking. The dining and bar service is also convenient, but we also found a nice little dinner spot within walking distance, so options abound. This is not a resort hotel. It is a traveler's hotel, and it performs that service amazingly well. We will always stay here when bouncing through Porto."

"Everything was perfect. The bed was harder than I usually like but I slept well! I reserved this hotel because I had to be working in a meeting transcontinental at 2 AM. I didn’t wanna wake up my neighbors in the hotel and I needed really fast Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi worked even though it glitched a couple of times. It states it has super fast Wi-Fi. I have no complaints over that I was able to do my meetings without complaint. Soundproof walls seem to be so that was all good. In the rooms my cell service was zero from Verizon in the US with a travel pass internationally. This hotel is amazing. Has a great reception area. That’s better than going out to a Bar and the breakfast. Dinner area is wonderful as well. They even have a room that you can rent I believe for a meeting in the front. All great things at a great value through Expedia."

"The staff were great and the hotel was generally nice. The AC wasn't working for the first few days of our stay and the staff did relocate us to another room which was slightly cooler. The indoor pool was also nice but we had to pay 5 euros each to use it and had to purchase swimming caps for 5 euros too. Location is 45min-1 hour form Porto and that journey got a bit arduous every day. The local area around the hotel is a bit dead but there's a decent outlet mall about 15 mins away."
