Clean and spacious rooms. There is a nightly guide who will teach participants on the stars and the constellations. I found this very informative. The low light pollution enables us to see the stars clearly.

Room is quite small so we couldn’t really open up our luggage. They only provide one type of wash for use on both hair and body. Be sure to bring your own hair shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast is very basic and we actually skip it. Staff is friendly. We stayed one night at the accommodation right next to it called Top Cloud. We think it is more value for money as the room is better and breakfast is better.
Owners go the extra mile to serve with their hearts such as carrying heavy luggage for us up the slope to our room & offering to drop us at CJ farm up hill. I appreciate their service v much. It’s quite cold up in the mountain and foggy. Disappointed that star-gazing session has been cancelled due to cloudy sky. Breakfast spread is just nice to kick start your day. Is a bit ulu up a steep, narrow path
We stayed at the new wing, the room was relatively new and very clean. Spacious with a private balcony which provided a good view, albeit partially blocked by the older wing infront. Would suggest going for the old wing if you want a good view.
Terry assisted to arrange transportation for us from Taichung HSR station to the hotel at a fee. However, the driver did not send us to the hotel, but a 20 minutes walk away instead. We found out from Terry that this is not the norm. Do be cautious.
The hotel is also a quiet and dark walk from the shops, nearest convenient store is about 10 minutes walk away. Breakfast was simple but tasty.
All in all, we enjoyed our stay, but will probably not stay again due to convenience. Nevertheless, would recommend to experience staying here once.
The view is awesome and is a nice place for sure. But it was cold at night in November, having A/C or heater will be nice. The room was on the 3rd floor with a climbing hill, so you will need to carry your luggage and climb. Just FYI
great view. the old wing has a great view. i’ve booked the new wing with no views and since there’s no full occupancy, the owner allow us to choose a room with better view. love the morning and night view. cooling and able to see the sunrise and sunset. simple breakfast provided. although the interior is quite old but it’s big and cosy. Great stay!
