"While the exterior of the building is still going through refurbishing and looks a bit dated, the inside has been nicely updated. The room was secure, spacious, and clean.
The location was nicely located between bus stops for easy access.
Asian food of all nations is within 2 to 15 min walking distance.
A Safeway supermarket and liquor store are 10 min walk.

"Our experience wasn’t great because of our amenities and accommodation. Room was very cold and we didn’t have any heat. However, their staff Rashida was amazing she did every thing in her power to help us have a good night she provided a heater but it was broken and there wasn’t another to help us be warm. We still appreciate her help to accommodate our stay. But in the end we had to get our reservation canceled."

"I was fully satisfied with our stay at this hotel. It has a perfect location and is very convenient. The breakfast was also good.
There are just a few things that could be improved. Some of the meat dishes were too spicy for children, so my son couldn’t eat them. It would be nice to have some milder options for kids.
I also often found long hairs on the towels, which was unpleasant.

"Well, this was not my hotel of choice but due to tourist season and short notice I had little choice and it was way overpriced. All that said, the room exceeded my expectations in cleanliness and the lighting, if that matters to anyone was incredible. There were lights in every area that could be dimmed or brightened. The decor was very nice and I could actually work the coffee maker! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I could find no fault.

"We missed one night stay at this hotel, because our flight was canceled. The hotel management refused to give us a refund for one night although this was a force major. Instead they gave us a different room than the one we have booked. The breakfast is just ok, and the elevators take 5 to 10 min to show. At our elevator lobby we always see garbage left over by the elevator s bank.. won't stay in this hotel if I even go back to Vancouver."
