"The rooms are old and smelly, some renovation is required or better to carry air freshener, the ventilation and location are good. The fans need renovation, the towel usage is charged $8 per towel which sucks if the room rent is charged, not great for amenities, if you plan to stay, good for location, but if you feel you need more travel and less time at hotel, still its a bit over-priced to get along your vacation."

"The hotel needed some work on the outside. The inside had been refurbished for the upcoming Fifa games. The room was cozy and bright with the most comfortable bed my husband & I have ever slept in. The room was very clean, but modest. We also had a view of the Vancouver skyline from our 3rd floor window. Hondra, the manager, was very gracious and helpful upon our arrival and throughout our 4 day stay. She was very available, though not always onsite. We had privacy and quiet.

"This hotel is in a very convenient location. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are professional and responsive.
The main issue with the hotel is that it is dated. It feels old. Even the bedding is old and frayed. The furniture has seen better days. The hallways are dark and look like they were decorated 15 years ago. Windows lack soundproofing so you hear plans flying overhead.
With a bit of a facelift this would easily be a 4 star property."

"Kay and his staff have been awesome!!! My best hotel experience at the very end of a 18 nights/16 hotels trip, my final night of holiday before flying back home. Arrived at the hotel early, they immediately took my luggage and stored it away safely. And then, when I came back from the city, only about 2pm, they immediately gave me my room. Excellent service, super clean, free shuttle to the airport. Denny's next door for a great meal a nice bonus. Strongly recommend!!!"
