"Nice clean hotel on airport property, and a fifteen-twenty minute walk to the terminals. The front desk staff could take a lesson friendliness. My biggest beef with the property is that it doesn't have a room with two queen beds, so traveling as a family of four required us to book two rooms."

"Excellent stay with outstanding service! I had a wonderful experience at the Diplomat Hotel, largely thanks to the incredible staff. Every interaction was smooth, welcoming, and professional. I want to give a special mention to staff on duty when checked in, who went above and beyond to be helpful during my stay. Her exceptional service, attentive care, and warm hospitality made a huge difference and truly made me feel valued as a guest. The entire team here clearly works hard to ensure guests...

"This is a striking property but staff came across as disengaged and our room hadn’t been adequately cleaned. We stayed only one night so made limited use of the amenities but it’s a shame as the hotel could be amazing"

"Clean upscale hotel."

"Below the Standards Expected of a 4-Star Hotel My stay at this hotel was deeply disappointing and fell significantly short of the standards I expected from a four-star property. The persistent, unpleasant smell throughout the lobbies and hallways was irritating and made the common areas uncomfortable. It was unclear whether smoking was permitted indoors, raising concerns about the hotel’s smoking policy and ventilation. The property looked outdated and poorly maintained. The sliding-door...

"Room was clean but outlet was missing on night stands. We booked 2 premium rooms but they gaves to us one standard room and one premium. Hotel is nicely decorated. Bartender wasn’t very friendly. Our room wasn’t ready upon our arrival. They said check in is at 2pm. Also parking in the garage was expensive 750KC or 25 euro a day. Next time I’ll try to different hotel. Lady Monika at the breakfast was amazing and all the workers was professional. Thank you."

"Fabulous breakfast, great start to the day, excellent variety, not to be missed"
