"Lovely host, very helpful & pleasant, parking directly outside our room which was a good size & very clean. Lovely surroundings with horses in the stables to say hello to. Great directions for walking to our concert at bp pulse about 15 mins away. The breakfast was very nice & served very quickly. Would definitely stay again & highly recommend."

"Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of diffent options. A bit disappointed that there werent soft drinks available on tap only in bottles or cans and they were a bit pricey at £2.75 for a small 200ml bottle of Pepsi. Limited choice of menu for evening meal and again a bit pricey but very nice. The rooms were excellent, comfortable and easily accessible. The staff were fabulous and very polite and friendly!"

"All a bit chaotic with a refurb underway giving the feel of a building site at reception and the bar/restaurant areas. Not made aware in advance which wasn’t appreciated. Room was okay albeit we did get assigned to a room which was occupied which was cringy. £15 for overnight car parking which is up 50% from February last year. Not impressed with that."

"Unfortunately the room wasnt clean properly even the shower had water on the floor breakfast only had few options and the parking fee was higher than even a regular holiday inn. The chair in the room had stains on it sofa innthe room had marks as welk and the bed lining was also coming off from everywhere. The only good thing was the staff at the reception other than that sorry had a veey bad experience "

"We opted for the continental option because we had an early flight, good selection and very nice, room was basic but comfortable."

"The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast was good, they ran out of cups/mugs for the hot drinks so we had to use disposable cups. Room- Hair clump found on carpet in the bedroom. Too layer of bath was damaged. Toilet roll holder was loose and we couldn’t tighten it. Corridors are noisey when people are talking, can hear everything in the rooms."

"Lovely staff! Comfy room and bed, very clean, silence at most times, you can use the toaster and microwave in their common area and complimentary coffee, tea, water in the room. Stunning nature around the hotel and a beautiful area in the backyard."

"People leave a 1 star or 5 star review for everything these days, so I see ratings like this and think “yeah, right”. Well, this time it was right… virtually flawless from start to finish. Plenty of spacious parking spaces. My host found the rate balance between friendly and not overly familiar. I was arriving late so I was sensibly put by the front door, presumably to not disturb other guests. The room was immaculate.
