They went above and beyond to make our stay as relaxing and easy as possible. They had thought through all the details that make things extra special. "We have visited and stayed at Birmingham Airport on many occasions - Novotel is the best one by far. "

"Clean room, not the most modern rooms but given they run at a high occupancy they were in great condition. Bathroom clean, lots of towels and hand/ body soap, only gripe was the toilet paper holder was what you would see in a public toilet. Staff - amazing, kiosks wouldn’t work upon arrival and checked everyone in swiftly. I didn’t eat on site but it was so busy I strongly recommend if you are staying pre-book. Check out was smooth, quick and again so friendly! "

"Our room was spotless, the hotel was great as were all the staff we met. The Brightsmith restaurant was amazing and our fillet steak was fantastic. The waiters were very nice and polite. The breakfast was also great so much choice. Overall we had a great time and experience and would come back."

"We loved the use of the indoor pool which was warm and clean. Sauna and hot tub were great as well. Breakfast had a good selection and the room was tidy with a comfy bed. Perfect place that’s affordable and close to the airport and birmingham."
