"My room smelled bad. Was unable to accommodate with adjoining rooms. No continental breakfast although it was advertised. The beds were comfortable at least, the pillows no so much. Overall it served its purpose as a cheap place to stay close to what we came for."

"The stay, for me, was just ok. The room was clean but where I think they missed the mark was in the little things. They have free breakfast which is a good thing but I’ve never seen a hotel tell everyone a about free 24hr coffee but it’s instant coffee. Gross. They have a laundry facility but in all the hotels I’ve stayed at in the past, there was a machine where you can buy detergent and whatnot. They don’t have that. The tv sound couldn’t align when actors spoke. If you don’t need to use any...

"Their house keeping needs to do a better job with cleaning the bathrooms had to change room 3 times and bathroom was still dirty "

"Room door lock didn’t work properly. Hadto fidget with it often so the dope latches work release and/or lock. MAintenance said I wasn’t using the door correctly and there was nothing wrong with the lock. Not the case at all. It’s broken !"

"BE warned that you have to pay for parking at this hotel. $40 if booked online, or $10 at the hotel...who that makes sense is beyond me. They have a very fancy, hand written piece of paper taped over a parking sign informing you of the $10. Also, breakfast was missing cinnamon rolls because the truck didn't come in and the pancake machine was broken."

"Hyatt hotel stay was perfect! The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was decent. The only mishap was that they were doing a little renovation in the lobby and the pool wasn’t open, but other than that everything was great. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very quiet. Even with the renovations going on, we didn’t hear any noise at all unless you went downstairs to the lobby. Great place to stay, the area is very quiet, and food places are only about a 5-minute drive away."

"We only stayed one night after we flew back from the Bahamas to BWI airport. We used the hotels free shuttle services. Very convenient. The room was very nice. The only thing was they advertised having a restaurant but they did not. They did have some breakfast food to microwave and some pastries. Although there is a restaurant across from the hotel that was very good."
