Drapes were not block out, hard to sleep after a long haul flight with sun streaming through. No fridge or tea and coffee making facilities. However, I liked the property, staff were brilliant, excellent breakfast, nice bed. "

"If you like to have breakfast and didn't pay for it when made your reservation, you need to let them know the night before, otherwise you can't have breakfast even paying that morning because they calculate the breakfast by the number of reservations."

"The property was clean, bright, and very ambient. The staff were polite and courteous,, but lacked the true focus of customer care. We got there around 11am on the day of our arrival expecting to wait for our 3pm check-in. We were kept waiting for the room even though it was ready before 3pm. Then I had to request check-in even though we were sitting in reception not 2 metres away from the desk. Extremely poor customer service."
