"My partner and I stayed at the Royal Davui resort for six nights. Upon arrival we were welcomed in song by the staff. After a refreshing welcome drink we were escorted to our villa (one of only 16 on the entire island). "This place has so much potential. Our family suite was large and the balcony looked over the wharf - which was really interesting. The staff were lovely. However there is no attention to ambiance. the place is stuffed with old decaying chairs and there is junk everywhere. The sheets were stained but clean. I am mindful that we weren't paying top dollar. "

"Beqa Lagoon Resort was an absolutely phenomenal experience for us. The location is beautiful and relaxing, the prepaid meal plan (3 meals a day) is delicious, and all the activities the resort put on are fun and engaging. The diving was enjoyable, but the highlight was definitely the shark dives. The dive team are well informed and are able to provide good insight into the nearby shark population and their place in the ecosystem.
