"Parking was fine. The receptionists at the front desk were courteous and helpful.the property inside is rundown once you go beyond the lobby. I’m not from N.C. however, my understanding of room service is the room is cleaned every day. The bed is made every day. Our bed was made one time. The trash was clean two times. The ironing board was disgustingly dirty. The imitation wood floors were bubbling and pulling up. The alarm clock didn’t work and the microwave didn’t work….Besides the girls at the front desk, we should have been paid for our stay. We joked about the name (POOR QUALITY INN) !!!"

"The only rude person we encountered during our 4 day stay in North Carolina was the front desk person. As we were coming into the hotel on our last night, we noticed something that looked like dog feces tracked all the way in to the elevator. We approached the front desk and let the employee, (female) know , that it looked like a dog had an accident. She replied in a very obnoxious manor that they don't allow dogs in the hotel. She did not look into it, and upon check out the next morning we were surprised to find it still on the floor in several places."
